Elaborate beaded on fringed elk hide ladies ceremonial dress with removable cape probably northern Sioux circa 1960s to 1970s. Shows some wear, a small hole and some slight damage. A very attractive display piece and these native arts are being lost as young people are not studying these crafts for decades to be paid pennies for their labors as were their ancestors.
