Natived tanned hide leggings with fringe and mineral painted decoration along with matching arm cuffs. The leggings measure 28 inches in length and the armbands are approximately 14”. Both are in good condition and show some old repairs, staining, sweat and normal aging. The painted decoration is accomplished with mineral based paint and shows stars, moons, birds, crosses, and other symbols. A rarely encountered set from about the turn-of-the-century or before.
